With your eyes gazing into mine, my eyes watched
a single tear trace down the soft flesh of your cheek.
My heart felt crushed because I thought I had
done something to upset you.
Urgently you walked up to me and say thank you,
then jumped up on your tip-toes and deeply embrace your lips against mine.
As I held you in my arms still watching the tear
clinging to your cheek, I asked, thank you for what?
Your reply, for always loving me regardless
of what we go through.
Before I could reply, you wiped a tear that was
tracking down my cheek.
( We should always be grateful for the person God has chosen us to love )

As my eyes look deep into your eyes, I see the vastness and the wonders of the cosmos.
As my fingertips ease through the silky-smooth texture of your hair, it reminds me of the cotton softness of the misting clouds above.
As my fingertips touch your lips, my heart flutters from the thoughts of our lips last embrace.
As my fingers strum across the smooth flesh of your cheeks, it evokes the softness of silk.
As my hand pushes your hair back off your face, letting the moonlight reflects off its delicate surface, it reminds me why; I'm deeply in love with more than your flesh, but also your being.

Repetition Poem: Repetition of a sound, syllable, word, phrase, line, stanza, or metrical pattern in a poem
I used to wish,
That someday, I would have a most selected friend,
Someone, I would look up to, turn to for answers,
A friend,
That I could share my laughs,
My sadness,
My gladness,
Share the same boundless regions of the infinite that I have
chosen,
Because they genuinely wanted to share that endless space
with me
I used to wish that someday,
I would find that Someone I could converse with any time I
had something to say.
That Someone, whom I could share my most profound, private
thoughts.
Thoughts that made up most of the intimate dreams I had
about that Someone who would share my life with someday.
I used to wish,
That someday, I would meet that Someone who would be special
to me,
That Someone, who I could hold anytime I wanted to when I
needed to,
That Someone, who I could kiss hello to in the morning and
kiss goodnight before I would go to sleep.
That Someone I just had to touch in the middle of the night,
And they were so entuned to me; their body would spoon into
mine without even waking up.
I used to wish,
That someday, I would find how true love felt.
A love so strong, it would last longer than ever after.
A love my heart wore like a blanket,
That kept it warm on the coldest night,
Yet cool, on the hottest day.
A love I never wondered if it were true love because I could
forever feel its radiant heat race through my veins on each soft rhythmic beat
of my heart.
Today,
I wish,
I had not wasted all that time wishing,
Looking,
Praying for-
That Someone.
Because without realizing it,
I already knew that Someone, who was already carrying true
love inside of them, that was meant just for me.
And that Someone,
were you and only you.
With all my love
PJ

High winds swirled the snowflakes all over the land
Trees turned entirely white
Cars covered in white
Streets covered with white as I watched from the comfort of my house
Then it stopped
Warm coat
Warm gloves
Snow boots and a hat with a built-in face cover were put on.
Garage door open to snow that was half as tall as I; that was a pretty sight in the middle of the night.
Snowblower pushed to the edge.
Engine starting rope is pulled. then pulled again and again
Switch to electric start
The engine still didn't let out hope of a fart.
I'm getting too old for this #^@*!
