I didn't ask to fall in love with you

I did try my best to keep my heart at bay

But being with you calmed the beast residing inside my soul

Kissing your lips, quiet the bad thoughts that ran rampage inside my mind

Talking to you always left me completely intrigue

Getting to know you, lead me to knowing a person with a heart that was pure  

And when you gave it all  to me without reservation

I fell completely, hopelessly, in love with you

Sometimes it doesn't have to be a faint whisper into her ear
Sometimes, it doesn't have to be a soft touch at the right time nor the right moment

Sometimes, it doesn't have to be  a long trailing touch down the softness of her flesh

Sometimes, all it takes is a light brush of a fingertip to say, "I love you" ...

Suppose ........ Thought prose poem

One never know what life has in store for them 

It might test your level of anger 

Your will to fight or surrender 

Your level to accept love 

Or how much love do you really have to give 

Do I turn to the right because that road leads to a simple life  

Or do I walk up the steep rocky road because at the top, life is supposed to be grand 

Suppose is the right word for life 

Because good or bad, life has a habit of not being like it was Supposed to be 

You never know what life exactly is going to do to you 

You just have to prepare for the best of life or its worst 

And let's not forget the so called in between....
