From the bed, a body rest quietly, while eyes watch the morning sun peep through the windowpane

Another body slides next to it and places head between the first body bosoms

Fingertips stroke through hair as silence consumes the room

Being in love, makes life happenings simple...

In the cover of darkness, my eyes peer through the open window,

Sounds of animalistic love making is heard, as my eyes watch meshed bodies quickly rise and fall...

The name she calls out is not mine,

The flesh her nails sheer open is not mine,

The blood of passion seeping down his back… Is not mine

But, the red blood that boils inside of "lover jolted" is...

My heart races as the mixture of rage and sadness consumes it,

My flesh sweat as my body shiver from the coldness of her black heart,

Eyes close as sounds of their love making rages on...

My eyes tear, but I refuse to cry,

As my mind wonders ... Why?

Last night it was I,

Deeply thrusting inside her walls, while under the sheets,

It was my name her lungs cried out,

As my manhood sank into her flooded depths,

It was my swell that rained heavily down into her darken depths,

My loving touch that make her back arch,

My docile kisses that she proclaim were so sweet,

My love, she said could not ever do without,

Now my ears hear that same passionate song,

As she sexual dance with another, as if she's doing my heart no wrong...

Climaxing scream rings into my ears, tearing eyes look straight into hers...

Shivering body hesitates

Then levitate,

The moan he thinks is a moan of passion, is a moaning groan of "Oh God, please forgive me"...

As she races to the window towards me, my head lowers, the rain pours

Immensely from my eyes down to the bottom of my shoes soles...

As I step away from the window cradling a heavy heart, the laughter of a couple approaching from down the street is heard...

My legs wobble,

My head bends downward,

My pride swallowed,

While my eyes fight back more then a tear,

As the happy couple nears...

Misery makes my heart shutter,

As my mind recalls her saying," I'll never need another"...

Hand covers manly shame,

As if I'm the one to blame,

While my ears hear the continuous echo of her voice screaming out for forgiveness...

My legs followed the echoes of my name into the vastness of the dark,

I don’t look back, as I deny my heart its biggest weakness…

As my legs put distance between my heart suffocating pain,

My mind kept wishing the sky would open up,

And just rain down on me...

I knew better,

I had said I would never leave any love behind,

Never have distance and time keep me apart from someone I love,

Making me yearn for home…

Too many times before, I had seen it happen

Distance and time pull people apart,

And I vowed to never let this happen to me...

I didn't want to love,

I didn't want to lust for, in a place far away from home,

But you said trust me,

Believe in me,

I'll be here waiting for you when you come home...

Now I sit here alone wanting...

Wanting to see your face

Wanting to feel your touch

Wanting to kiss your lips,

Yearning to make love to you in the brightness of the moonlight,

Then hold you tight, until the darkness of the sunlight,

But I'm too far,

From where you are,

So I just want to go home,

Uncle Sam, please let me go home...

I sit here in this distance land waiting for another letter of love from you,

Missing you, a void that need to be filled,

I wanna go home,

I got to go home....

I'm tired of feeling alone

I need to go home, and see where has all the missing love letters have gone,

And see why you won't answer the damn phone,

To see if it was you, who chose to suddenly leave me totally alone,

In this place, so far away from home...

As simple thoughts floated through my mind,

I wondered why did I need you so much?

Why I wanted you so much?

Why did I love the way your docile touch on the outside of my flesh, make me feel in the inside of my heart, and the way you playfully nipple on my ears, gave me goose pumps?

Why are your kisses sweeter when they come from nowhere, for no reason other then you wanted too?

Why do I love holding the flesh of your body tight to mines, in the middle of the night while you are deeply sleeping?

Why does my desire for you still burn deep in the depths of my soul, even after endless years of togetherness?

Just as these simple thoughts finish flashing through my mind, my mind plays a witless game on me,

By remembering how desolated my life was before you...

A polite hello and a hug follow years of departure_silence,
A shadow of a smile, crosses your face,
As shadows of our past block the rays of the sun once again, as memory of she said, he said, "I love you", while under ever the cover of the moonlight...
But for one reason or another, our love never shined in the brightness of the sun,
Only casting a shadow on its surface...
Was it our hearts weren't strong enough to carry the burden of true love,
Or our minds not accepting or not able to decipher the conflicting singles of mix emotions that swept through our bodies as love bloomed...
I knew you, but you never took the time to know the me,
You just wanted to control the me, in the he,
Then call it love...
But when the they came into your life, the we became just me,
And my love became lost and misguided, casting its shadow on the sun...
It didn't matter how hard we tried under the cover of the moonlight,
We could never get the shadow off the sun,
Because trust, now was only inside one...

As his arms held you tight,

But my heart says you are the one,

If I could just hold you for only, one night

But for a true love to shine...

Shine in our eyes,

As I hold you tight, even if only for one night
